A long journey to being healthy. My obsession is dancing. I am happiest right after I have an amazing work out. After my dance practices I am tired, but in the best mood. Exercise and eating healthy should be part of everyone's life style, if you want to live a long happy, healthy life without getting sick every two seconds. There's nothing wrong with wanting to loose a couple of pounds to be healthy, but there's is something wrong with wanting to be 100 pounds and "skinny".
